I'm about to purchase a 2005 Accord v6 W/O Navi
New to the forum
I've seen a a few sites an invoice price of 22K. Would it be unreasonable to try to go lower than that?
I'm trading in my 97 EX 70K, which I own. Will I get a fair deal on the trade?

Biggest thing I would suggest to you is to research your kelly blue book prices and the difference between a private seller and a dealer. This will help you out because you know how much cars in your area are going for and how much you can expect to get from your car. Check out http://www.kbb.com and also http://www.nada.com .
I would also look around at private sellers for the car and see what kind of condition those cars are in and how much the seller is listing the car for...same concept for dealer vehicles. It took me 2 months of looking for my new civic to find a good deal (2.5K under kbb).
GL on the car and welcome to the forum.

go to carsdirect.com and find their lowest price, then make sure that the dealer can beat that. Also, make sure you don't mention your trade in for your current accord until you have reached a agreed upon price for the car you are buying. That will help you get a fairer deal on a trade.
Thanks for all the feeback!!
Because of my crdeit score & I don't have any kind of credit history right now I was able to get a 03 V6 with only 17k!
It's all good though because my payments are much lower and I have a 7yr warrenty that was included in the price!
One thing I don't really like but I can get over it is that you have to manually cut the head lights on & off. But it's cool.
By the way they gave my 4k for my trade. I did have a few minor dents.
One othe question? As far as the factory alarm is concerned how good is it?
Would a Viper system be better?

An after market alarm system is always better. I just bought my '05 EX-V6 on June 7th, was out of town for two weeks, and within two weeks of being back, someone tried to break into it at least twice. Make sure that if you get a viper system, you get the motion/tilt sensor.
Are you sure about the manual lights?
My '04 EX V6 has auto off and auto on (if you left them on when you parked) lights, if you use the remote to lock and unlock. Try waiting a few seconds to see if they go off by themselves.
If you mean on and off by some automatic sensor, you're right. The Accord doesn't have that feature.
