Default something wrong with my motor?

current setup:

b18 stock block
b16 head
pr3 pistons
itr manifold
01 itr intake cam
gsr exhaust cam
i/h/e

i dynoed my motor and put down like 144whp baseline...and i just came from the track and ran consistent 15.7-16.4. i know my motor should be putting down more than this. i have a couple of things in mind that could be wrong and i just want to know what others think...first i have an exhaust leak from the header...GSR cam maybe? or could it be my ecu...im running an obd0 pr4 with the rev limiter gone..pls someone help...somethings gotta be wrong....thx

the pr4 ecu is the problem i would think.

when you were at the dyno did you check the timing at the crank cams and dizzy? what were the a/f's like?

The Pr4 is a non vtec ecu...Do you have vtec activated by a RPM switch?

a/f was rich, like 10:1 in my midrange so i messed with the vafc to turn the fuel down...which actually felt like it gave me more power...however that was after the dyno was done...and no i havent check timing as far as being on the dyno..its still yet to be tuned, but i do have my cam timing and ign timing dead on with a timing light, but my baseline still seems too low...even for being untuned...but i really dont know...havent seen any setups close to what i have. im sure it could be my ecu but the shop here called intec has told me that i could run a reprogrammed pr4, they also told me that switching over to obd1 and use a reprogrammed p28 will help as well...i also have a cracked DC header, catalytic con.,and a weak *** exhaust, which could also be a few of my problems.

the cracked head, cat and "weak ***" exhaust is def. not helping. I am not sure about the pr4 ecu and reprograming to run vtec. It would give you more tuning options to convert to OBD1 and run a chipped p28...

thats what i was thinking about as far as tuning....ill just have to see when it gets up on the dyno....but im also getting a new header on the way...new exhaust and test pipe coming as well. if anyone else has other suggestions pls add...what about the itr in cam and gsr ex cam mix...could it be that its getting air fast but not exiting fast enough? has anyone done this setup? i do have the itr ex cam coming tho...back ordered from acura till 8/11
