Default Need help with emissions in 92 Civic hatch

I am up for emissions and I don't know what I can do to increase my chances of passing. I am thinking about putting on a stock air box and taking out my AEM cold air. Also some GTP fuel additive that my friend told me to get. Plus my car has 2 cats. I have the headers with the cat built in and a high flow cat. After I pass I will put my DC headers back on. I am also not sure if retarding my timing thru the dizzy help or not. Well thanks for any input. I just want to pass before I do my swap next week.

Yeah so would't burning more fuel create higher emissions. I am not sure on the whole thing. I am just gonna go with what I have and hope for the best.

i am a licenced emissions inspection tech in the super strict 5 county region os s.e. pa. i dont know how ct emissions program works, but in pa if u fail emissions u get one free retest. we also have a waiver program where if u spend $150 parts and labor on an emissions control related items and u still fail the free retest u will be given an emissions waiver sticker and ur good untill next year. Check the emissions laws for your area, and if u get a free retest if u fail why not just run it and see if it passes.
