I think you are not so dumb Ken, +0 offset would mean that 10" wide wheels would indeed have a 5" backspacing.

Some custom wheel mfr's measure in backspacing instead of the +mm that we are accustomed to with jdm wheels.....
It *is* R related in the sense that I believe such wheels would clear the unibody of the itr... fenders are another issue..... However, the wheels would be 5x114.3 and go onto the itr hubs/ knuckles.....
