HELP no click from the ecu relay

we swapped a zc into a 88 crx and the car wont run. there is no click from the ecu relay when the check engine light goes out. we got it to click once but cant get it to do it again. please HELP

Are you talking abour th main relay under the dash?

yes the one you have to have thero ground for
