I need someone who works at a Yamaha dealership in San Diego!
Topic sums it up.
My bike was just shipped here from Boston, and the shipping company loaded it wrong and it fell over. I need to get a certified assessment done so I can submit that to their insurance company.
First of all, all the places want to charge me $75 even though I have a 2005 yamaha, which is lame.
Second, I just want to be able to show up, point to stuff and say this is scratched, this is scratched, etc.
I don't want/need it to go on a lift or all this crap. They want to strip the bike down and go nuts. It's very simple and straightforward.
Someone help me out!

If you're referring to being a repeat customer to HOM, then yes.
If you're referring to a *******, I can ASSURE you CAL will punch you in the mouth and kick your *** site on scene if you ask......
