Default Tar spots

I heard a while back peanut butter works. I'm not sure how it does....but maybe someone can enlighten me.
Anyways I left my motorcycle parked in a parking lot and they ended up getting over-spray tar spots everywhere on it!

Any ideas or suggestions are greatly appreciated.
