Default another noob question

Ok, here we go again. I have a 94 accord ex. It's nice, but not new by any means. I have read on random sites that groundwire kits will increase power for cars that old. Also that fresh motor mounts will help transfer that to the wheels. And that i have sludge in my oil and need a magnetic oil plug. Is all (or any) of this true? or is it another scam to sell me new stuff? Is an 11/12 year old car in need of a tune up like this? What would you reccomend to do? Also, I recently totaled my 94 talon, and am not all that savvy w/ honda yet, so does anyone know what time timing belts should be replaced? any help would be appreciated, and sorry if it's a newbie question. I'm still gettin used to honda, and it seems to be good ****. (alot better than crankwalking dsm motors)

Ok, the ground wires won't increase power. What it does do is creates a better ground, which will improve response. I did it to my 92 accord and it smoothed out the idle and felt much smoother all around. If the current motor mounts are fine, leave em. It's not worth the time/money changing them out unless you intend to take it to the strip. If your oil has sludge, change the oil. The magnetic drain plug isn't gonna do anything for the sludge. It's designed to catch metal particles in the oil. Timing belts are usually good till 90k miles.

I'm looking for $70 shipped. But throw out an offer. FYI- it's the rear springs only. I don't have the fronts.
