i allways ran on street tires but am buying slicks this week every one telling me am going to brake somthing becouse of the power am making

if you have a high torque engine your probably gonna break some axles. worst case you break the differental. http://www.driveshaftshop.com
they have GOOD axles.

WOW! That's some really bad luck you had with breaking stuff. I help out at Deepstage Motorsports... 7th place overall in NHRA Hot Rod last year. They were running mid 10's on 26x10x13 MT's with axles from Autozone. Once torque got over 400 ft/lbs they started to break axles left and right. Driveshaftshop.com has the good stuff if you're breaking them. They also use a "spool" instead of a diff. That may have something to do with them not breaking axles, but i don't think so.
I broke 2 axles on street tires, 1 pressure plate on street tires, and 1 clutch disc and pressure plate on slicks.

I had better luck Friday night. Didn't break anything. Keeping my fingers crossed for next week also.
