Default Weapon*R's New B-series SPL Race Header

With the popularity of our first B-series Race Header, we have decided to offer an advanced design to it. Our new SPL line is aimed toward the hard core racer and performance enthusiast.

The new SPL B-series header is a 4-2-1 design, pairing ports 1-4/2-3 for maximum low and midrange power. It is fully constructed of Light Weight Titanium, and weighs less than 7lbs!

Check the link below for photos of our sample:

We will announce pricing and availability once these start full production.

Titanium is not bendable, and must be welded in that fashion to facilitate the bends. You can see a few sections where it bends, and it's not welded multiple times. Those bends have to be molded that way with molten metal, which is very pricey. That's why the multiple weld look is a common characteristic of Titanium products. These headers are all hand made.

We are not limiting ourselves to just Titanium in our headers. We have experimented with Titanium intake pipes as well, just for the fun of it. Here's a titanium intake pipe for an RSX-S:

Other products may become available if the market is large enough....

titanium is not bendable?, I work as a CNC mandrel tube bender and I bend titanium on an everyday basis, depending on the type of tube "extruded" or seam-welded titanium (assuming it's commercially pure titanium) the metal does like to stretch, and does hold up well to heat, once the right heat temperature soaks into the titanium, the metal begins to expand, and when it cools down it begins to form it's original shape, I've worked w/ titanium from .016 thousandths to .100 thousanths in thickness and never had a problem using multiple bends, the only problem that I can think of is the seam welded titanium tubes, where the weld doesn't like to stretch or compress much, bending titanium is possible, just like bending high heat resistant inconel is possible.

they are stupid ifb they are going to sell it for well over 1g.

for that price you can get a dope *** side exit drag header for drag racing that'll make more power.

and for a street header, most will find it out of their budget to save a couple of pounds..esp on a street car. weight in the front of the car is not all that bad anyways.

yeah, i think my mild steel header weighs in at about 10lbs...not about to spend 1000+ dollars to save 3lbs and probably doesnt perform any better than any header for 500 bux less. sounds like the next JDM y0 thing...

btw, is that collector extremely small looking??

i think bismoto's are like 900, from what i remember weapon r wasn that great of a company. to charge 1500 dollars for a header is rediculous, i mean its a great looking header and all but theres way better ones for half that price. im not flaming on you guys thats a real nice looking product, its just the price that blows me out of the water.
