Can't decide on a D-series header? Look here..
This has to be the most complete review of D-series headers I have ever seen. Reviews and discusses all of the popular choices, as well as give links to the manufacturers pages and a chart comparing them all.

This is what I can offer you, I am using the DC Sports 4-1 D16Y8 Header on my D16A6; unfortuanetly I don't have a chart of before, or just by itself but I do have a dyno graph where I am sure it helped somewhere
