Default auto cb7 and h22 .....I did a search already.

I just called a shop near me and they said that to do the h22a swap on my auto cb7, it'll cost 5500. They said it was because the passenger side motor mount must be cut off and redone.

Is this a reasonable price? And second..... I have about 3000 saved up right now. What are you guys' recomendations?

Please reply....I can't take being stock anymore.

I'm 17 with limited money...that's why i only have 3000 right now

Are you wanting them to convert your car to a manual, if not that seems too high but I am sure others can elaborate. I am pretty sure that the only motor mount that needs manipulation is the driver's side since you have to use a Prelude one and you need to grind down the mount itself to get it to slide into place.

well the price does include the motor, tranny, ecu,

The main thing is the passenger's side motor mount has to be relocated which is the reason for the high price i think.

Hey if anyone is around Naperville, IL i'm willing to pay for help in swapping the engine.

If not could anyone tell me about other shops around Naperville, IL?
