99-00 Si power steering belt???
I removed the power steering belt off of the Si and now I hear a ticking noise ? does it have something to do with the power steering belt being removed?

It shouldn't. I took the p/s out of my car and haven't noticed any new noises. If anything, it should just be one less rubbing noise.
Maybe you can try to explain better where the noise is coming from?
