I've been screwed by this guy:

I am not sure where in California that is... is anyone in the area?
This guy stole $1700 from me.

ok well i live 30 minutes away, and i would love to help you seeing as he is in north hollywood. but $200 is not enough, what if i have to get into it. and you know the rest..... i might do it for a bit more.... wouldnt screw you in having the money paypaled back to you, but you know if you have paypal and you send this guy the money you can have paypal stop this transaction just my 2 cents. but if you still need help let me know and message me....
