A/C water under dash

A/C water under dash
Does anyone know how to clear out the drain for the A/C system? I am getting lots of water under my dash (Mainly by my ECU 
) .

do you still have that rubber drain hose connected to the evaporator? if you still have that hose, then I'd try blowing some compressed air back up that tube from the engine compartment.
