Default buddyclub III's or Buddy club IV's

debating which of the 2 to get buddyclub III's or buddyclub IV's for my 96 gsr im going with omni power valve springs and retainers debating if it would be a good idea to get the bigger valves also? Anyone one know how much a 3 angle valve job run for? Already ordered the skunk 2 cam gears and planning on getting a PLX or AEM wideband. I already replaced the stock lost motion assym. with type r ones. Also a friend mentioned getting a thinner head gasket to up compression i dont really know how significant that would be.

current set up
skunk 2 IM
AEM CAI
dc 4-1 header 2.25 collector
grededy trust exh.
exedy stage one clutch
OBD II --> OBD I conversion with a JDM P72 ecu with uberdata (not tuned for my setup)

This will be my daily driver just to keep in mind

I think in ordr to run BC spec 4's you will need a touch more compression. You haven't done anything with the bottom end meaning you will sit at 10.2:1. Too low for that big of a cam. Stick with III+'s and you will be in good shape. Toss that header also.
