2001~2005 civic si bumpers are same?

is 2001~2005 civic si front and rear bumpers are same?
just making sure. im ordering a ctr lip and it says 03

There is no 2001 Civic Si. The newest Ep3 (bubble headlights vs. the flat ep3) has a differnt bumper (the top where the grille is). Not sure if affects the bottom.
