DX "Moon Roof" Dimensions
I currently have a glass moonroof that came from a 1989 DX CRX but the latches say "Sunsport" on them and I'm wondering if this is stock or if it is after market. So I was wondering if someone could get me the dimesnsion.

THANK YOU!
Believe me, I've seen numerous DX's with moon roofs so I know that they do exhist, and never once did I say they came with a sunroof so don't try to correct me. I just want to know if THIS aftermarket model that I have sitting in my garage has the SAME dimensions as the stock option glass moon roof. I guess no one on HT got a car with that option though.

Here's pictures/measurements of mine. The glass measures 15 1/4" x 29" at its widest point. The front edge of the glass nearest the windshield curves slightly and it says "ThermaLite" on it. It has 3 height settings aside from the closed position.
I'm not sure if they are all the same or not. I've only seen a handful, but here's mine. Let me know if you need any other measurements.

I want to shout a bunch of obsceneties at you because of your ignorance.
I did not say sunroof.
I said moonroof.
Read the post before you talk.

the dx's the have this were not done at the factory...they were dealer installed options using non-honda parts. the fact that they were installed by the dealer before purchase has mistakenly led many to believe that it is "factory"...it is not. I have been working at the same honda dealer for 16 years and have seen this issue several different times.
I'm not going to say you're wrong but... Here's something to think about.
Yes we know these are non-Honda parts. Honda AC's are not Honda either. Honda has plenty of parts on their cars from the factory with parts made by Nissin, Denso, and plenty of others. Why is this moonroof any different?
Also, you say these were dealer options, but why was it that dealers only chose to do this on DX's and not HF's? Every instance I have seen these, they have been on DX's. There is no physical difference between the roof structure of a DX and an HF, so is it that all the dealerships that sold these decided as one collective group to only let this be an option on the DX model?
Just a thought. ;o)
I personally think theres something bigger involved than coincidentally a bunch of dealerships putting moonroof on DX models.

I've seen plenty of them on HFs. I own an HF with one.

"Why is this moonroof any different" you ask...because it wasn't from Honda as an accessory.
Well here is just a thought for you. Your original question was "I'm wondering if this is stock or if it is after market." considering that Honda did not (ans still does not) offer a glass sunroof/moonroof as an accessory, the question was answered as aftermaket not stock. but if you want to take that one step further, no USDM civic or crx before 1992 had a factory radio or a/c system. these vehichles were made and sent to dealers without radios, speakers, antennas, and even no a/c. These were installed at the dealer. Now...technically speaking are these "factory"?...no Aftermarket?...no. These were Honda accessory from Honda. Were they made by some aftermarket company?? Most of it was and STILL IS. Honda radios have been made by Panasonic, Alpine, Bose, and Mitsubishi. A/C components made by Sanden, Matsushita, and others. Many other Honda accesories are made by companies that offer aftermarket stuff. Did you honestly think that Honda itself manufactured every single component on the car?
As far as the thought that all of the glass sunroof/moonroof you have seen on DX model CRXs...take this from somebody who was actually working at the dealer at that time. There were alot more DXs than HFs. Simple math.
