Default jdm f22b

i have a jdm f22b on my accord. theres has been some problems with it. i have a really bad fuel economy, it takes about 1 sec for the car to start and accelerate after i push the gas pedal, when im cruising and i gun it itll jerk back then go and that is about it. does anyone here know what is causing the problem? ive done a search but didnt really find an answer. thnx.
