Got me a 600rr!
Just got her over the weekend.
2004 600rr. Jardine Slip-on (awesome sound!), 15tooth sprocket, new Metzler M1's , painted lower, integrated tail.
Overall I like the bike. Feels very stable around corners and at high speeds. Could use more torque in the middle but the sprocket does help a lot.
Not sure why people complain so much about the stock seat. I don't find it any more uncomfortable than any other seat I've sat on a sportbike.
I give her

And why does that white car have a number on it?

Yeah Jardine is the company that makes the RT-One exhaust. I guess it may had 1 hp if that but really its more for sound I think.
The car is my roomates.. he does auto-x.

you must have a fat butt.. the rr's seat feels like a wooden board covered in vinyl.

Actually being asian, I have no meat on my butt at all lol.
I'm not saying its comfortable at all. Simply compared to other sportbike seats, this one doesn't feel that much worse at all.

EGlovr,my guess is that he probably knows he's got skill on a 600 and he doesn't need to overcompensate by getting a litrebike..I'm sure you've noticed that most of the guys on litrebikes will only go hard on a straight stretch of road.

When I first got my 600rr i thought the seat was pretty uncomfortable but now I really like it being firm.</TD></TR></TABLE>
Even the lower fairing? I thought that they were two tones? the seat isnt too bad, its a trade off.

No the lower fairing is painted to match the bike.

I respect that opinion. I honestly don't like this color and don't like how it looks kind of plain. But it's got two wheels and it runs. I'm not lookin to impress people on looks.
