Default Skunk2 stage 3 cams sheet typo?

I noticed that when I went to degree in a set of skunks stage 3 I'm not getting the same reading for the opening and closing, I'm about 3degress off on the closing when I set the opening.
TDC is set, 100% positive.
Same goes for the exhaust.

So I'm wondering if there may have been a mistake on the cam spec sheet.

I have found that if the valves are sunk-in a bit it changes the duration (smaller) Split the duration 1 1/2 degrees opening and closing.
