Yeah i know old swap. I have searched many treads. When doing the dpi to mpfi do you need to swap to the si dist. Some say that you need to, and some are just not clear about it at all. If you do need to change to an si, is there more that you need than a dist. and harness side of the plug?

 

Yes,you need the MPFI distributor as it has an extra sensor
to trigger the injectors..

You need the Si type harness plug or you can use the DPFI style plug
on the Si distributor..
