I was just wondering if the motor mounts on a D16/D15 where the same at the D17 in the 7th gen Civic 01+

 

the answer is no... to swap a b series engine into a 7thgen you will need to have custom mounts made

 

Is there anyone that Makes the motor mounts for the B series or do i have to make them my self

 

hasport tried and quit...as in, didn't think it was worth it.
if you want that in ur car, you're going to have to do it urself!

 

im gonna say dont make them urself unless ur knowledgable in the field.

 

I work with a guy whos done plenty of work like that i think tho that ill wait a and just get the K20, anyway what was the reason that hasport quit...too complex or not worth the effort? cause i think that it would be worth the effot with the K20 being 4000+

 

if hasport gave up on the b series mounts for the 7th gen because the sales team didnt think they would sale as good as the k series mounts, they were dead wrong the k20 cost a little over 4000, u can get a good b series for about 1200, and they are cheaper to work on!
