don't know if they are that much harder to get new in the bag. But I haven't been seeing them around as much these days.

 

reid-i think i asked an HT vendor a few weeks back...i inquired about a few interior "jdm" items, and i think this badge might be one of those that are getting (or is already) discontinued. i could be wrong though as i did ask about a few other pieces including the dc2 clock delete. however these ebay sellers seem to have these badges up every other week, so go figure.

what i think is rare are the blank ones. badges that are exactly the same except they dont say "98 spec".

 

they used to be easy to get, but now I don't see jhp or inline carrying them anymore.

 

yea. I knew items like these were going to be hard to find soon. So I bought two of them

So did I. And I promptly lost it in all the moving that's gone on since then.

Are these things engraveable? It seems to me the one I had was blank, but these seem to say 98 Spec-R.

type r-x ???? used??? I gotta go check that out!

 

I have one that I need to get rid of. But, instead of the SPEC R thing, it just has the ITR #.

Same here. I see those on Ebay all the time.

 

i gave away the 2 that i had, kept one for me. but since i sold the R its just been chillin in my tool box at work.

 

i wouldn't pay more than $10 for that thing...
