Default Thinking about selling...

and wanted some opinions.

1990 Civic Si
needs some body/paint work
14" 88-89 crx si sawblade rims with new(ish) tires
eibach pro/tokico illumina
custom turbo kit (t3) on a stock (original) d16a6
450cc Blue top DSM injectors
chipped pm6
custom intercooler
2.5" exhaust w/ high flow cat
Stainless brake lines
porterfield r4s pads/shoes all around
88(?) Accord LXi Master cylinder (15/16)

Interior is stock (minus grant GT wheel) and is virtually perfect (even w/ 160k+ on the clock) minus worn floor mats. No tears in seat fabric, etc
5th gen civic radio and 6disc alpine changer

Last dyno'ed at 149 hp @ flywheel and ~136lb/ft. at ~5psi

Basically its a strong car, and I love it (first I've bought and owned by myself), but I'm sick of not having AC and the body work involved in putting the car back to the way I want it is more than I'm willing to spend. Its perfect for a swap into another hatch in better condition, but...meh. I want something with AC and something that I can just drive and not worry about something stupid happening. The car has been fairly well maintained. What should I ask for? OR should I just part it out and get more for my $$$$?

*edit*
forgot to mention exedy organic racing clutch and xact streetlite flywheel

I don't have anything super recent, but these are pretty good indications of what problems there are... and an overall view of how the car looks. Of course I see all the problems..but from far away, its not sooo bad I guess...

ACTUALLY THAT ISNT THAT MUCH BODY WORK NEEDED ID SAY ABOUT THE PRICE OF AN INTERCOOLER YOU COULD SELL FOR A LITTLE MORE.. BUT THATS HERE IN DALLAS, STUFF FOR A CIVIC IS LIKE LOOKING FOR THE CLASSROOM ****, EASY TO FIND, BUT CHECK ALOT OF JUNKYARDS AROUND YOUR NEIGHBORHOOD BRO. I WOULD'NT CHECK EBAY CAUSE THATS BODY PARTS THE SHIPPING AND HANDLEING WOULD KICK YOUR ***, AND TAKE OFF THE VALVE COVER AND SAND IT DOWN AND REPAINT IT

The problem with that idea is that I tossed all my old ac equipment getting this setup in.

Thanks though.
