Default Quick All Motor Question (b16 or b18c1)

Thinking about selling my rx7, and coming back to a more reliable form of power

Trying to price out and decide on a b16a2 or b18c1. I would be shooting for 200-220rwhp on 94 octane. Seeing which would be cheaper to do 200-220rwhp.

Also a list of parts would be appreciated, as the motor will obviously need to be built to achieve these goals, while being a reliable daily driver.

Sorry for the noob post, i searched, but didn't find exactly what i needed in terms of parts.

Time to shift mental gears. Hondas are FWD
And start with a B18C if you want over 200 whp.

If you think the rotary was unreliable you do not need a 220 WHP B-16

u can shoot for 200whp with a b16 or b18. depends on how much money u want to spend to reach that goal? cause fast and reliable dont work well together and whatever u decide to build dont half *** it do it right the first time and u will save ur self some headaches and problems down the line.

what kinda rx7 u got? iam gonna pick one up soon for my new project and thinkin about lettin my hb go.

i have a 2nd gen FC

Street ported motor, haltech, hybrid turbo, pushing about 330-350rwhp.

I would be spending about 4 grand in upgrades on the motor roughly.

Why not just do a K series for that much money... You can make 200 whp on a stock K! Although I am currently building a Gsr....

i kind of like the idea of having a b16, and still pushing alot of power. Unexpected.

What would i need to do? and what could i expect to pay?
