Default JDM ITR with JUN 3 cams

Hopefully by this week I'll get my JUN 3 cams, valvetrain and tunning by the Whipfactory. I still have stock 4-2-1 exhaust manifold with the 2.5 collector and a Ebay intake . What do you guys recommend the next mod I should do and if anybody else has a set-up simular to this tell me how you like it.
1993 Civic Hatch Cx
1997 JDM ITR Swap
JUN 3 Cams and Valvetrain
P28 ECU NEPTUNE
Ebay Intake
Apexi World Sport Cat-back
Test pipe

RMF compact header would complement your set up nice.

How much whp would I gain using one of those crazy looking headers i.e. Hytech, Spark racing, SMSP, RMF???? Over the stock I'm running.

Do a search and check out some dyno numbers on setups similar to yours.
I'll give you a little hint to get you started: RMF headers

SMS has nice shelf headers right now for 600.00. That's not bad at all. If you want a Sparks header buy the real deal from the guy who designed it.

-K&N Filter(ebay filter is junk)
-Throttle Body 68 or 70mm or bore yours out
-IM (skunk2/victorx)
-Fuel Rail
-FPR and Guage (if neptune doesnt do Fuel Pressure)
-INJECTORS!!! 370 (310 will do but u can max those out easily)
-CAM GEARS
-HEADER! stock no.
-2.5" test pipe/cat
-2.5" cat back (the 2.36" apexi isnt gonna do any good)

By looking at your previous setups, and YOUR previous work, or the shop YOU trusted to do YOUR work. I have come to the conclusion that you really need to sit back and do some reasearch. Your turbo DA was just thrown together, and it seems your doing the same thing over with this N/A hatch. You cannot just throw a big cam like a JUN3 in a stock JDM ITR motor, unless you plan to not run vtec. The nonvtec lobe on a JUN3 is basically the same as the stock nonvtec lobe. But the VTEC lobe is much much larger than stock VTEC lobe. You cannot just throw that cam into a stock motor. Hell I personally wouldnt even throw a stage1 skunk2 cam into a stock motor. So WAIT, dont just go to whip and throw the cams into the motor and go rip around on it. you need about another 2000 dollars into this setup for it to perform correctly.

I have JUN3 cams in my JDM ITR block/GSR head. I also have ericks 70mm TB, VictorX IM, Benen fuel rail, RC310's (going bigger), stock FPR (Hondata does fuel pressure), hondata s200, smsp header, 2.5" benen exhaust, skunk2 cam gears, etc, etc, etc.

So please dont go and make another car with no thought put into it and just throw random parts at it.

I have already personally worked on your old integra because whoever (I am not gonna say you yet because I am not sure if you did the engine/tranny swap or not) did the motor swap and tranny swap, was an idiot. Whoever can go and only put ONE bolt of THREE bolts into an upper tranny mount is just plain stupid. ESPECIALLY when you are running only ONE of TWO tranny mounts because the turbo is in the way. The ONE bolt that was in there stripped out, the tranny dropped thus snapping the axle which made for lots of fun.

Also whoeevr installed the turbo, where the ***** the turbo filter? just a SCREEN? and you can say there was no room all you want. but you couldnt spend the extra 20-30 bucks to relocate the battery to the trunk to make room for a turbo filter. come on.

Yeah, I guess we have to have 370cc injectors for a stock bore motor barely over 11:1 compression. That JG manifold is a must to because you know stock rod bolts and unported heads love to make power where that JG manifold does. And man that JUN 3 cam is just so nasty on the VTEC lobe it makes all other cams seem small in comparioson. LOL........... Techintegra you crack me up. That was some funny stuff you posted.

This guy is trying to say that the .14 mm of exhaust diameter is making a world of difference?
You sound like you have another agenda. You get a little cranky working on the turbo Integra? The kid bought the car "as is" and it was a nice whip at that.
Oh, and he bought the AEM ITR intake.

You recommended a 70mm throttle body for a stock bore, non ported head motor.

You recommeneded 370CC injectors on a stock bore, non ported head motor

You recommended a Victor X manifold on a stock bore, non ported head motor

And you think Neptune can control fuel pressure? Since when can our EMS's control fuel pressure? We can alter the injector pulses but fuel pressure is fixed by the diaphram in the FPR only.

All of this and you are knocking down a Superdave, a guy who has contributed a ton of useful information to this site. What you recommended for Robs motor was total crap. It will only make it fall on it's face. There would would be little air intake velocity and no mid range with a 70mm TB and Victor X manifold on this motor. And EMS to control fuel pressure is a riot.

Yeah man don't let this guy work on your car anymore. He is liable to to tell you should really only run your car on C16 or something.
