Transmission seems to shift hard or rought when accelerating. It does a little learching, so to speak. I replaced the rear motor mount, and it reduced some of the effects. Oil level is good, does not smell, or look brown. It is not the original transmission in vehicle. And supposedly was a good transmission. Any idea's

Try and change the transmission fuild, you might have a dirt filter. Unfortunatly the filter is located in the tranny, so you can only flush it out. That means you might have to do this multiple times....
