My friend has an 89 accord and his problem as described, is the 'rear wheel went whoomp (making an angled motion).

When he jacked it up, he saw the LCA and all connected items dangling.

I think it's as simple as a bolt snapping, and it's in the shop for repairs now.

Just to make sure he isnt getting screwed, what is the possibilities for the strange less vertical appearance of the wheel?
