radiator hoses for CRX B16? trust me i searched just read
i need to replace my radiator hoses and i have been looking for an upper hose that will fit well. i looked at hasport and they say to use a 92 gsr upper hose so i went and got one and it does not fit well at all. i have seen the samco hose kits for 140$ but for what? i just want to replace my upper hose with somthing that fits well please help me. this is the shape of the hose i need.

(#10) the upper hose on the 92 gsr is missing a curve near the thermostat to point it more to the thermostat.

I don't know if they are the same but when I needed hoses for the ls motor I got the ls hoses and then trimmed back the upper hose about half an inch. I say just go with what motor the car came from and then modify the hose to fit.

The thermostat? don't you mean the water outlet on the cylinder head? the one right underneath the VTEC solenoid. Is your water outlet angled or straight? from the sound of it yours is angled which is why your looking for a hose similar to the shorter samco one. Am I understanding that correctly?

The thermostat? don't you mean the water outlet on the cylinder head? the one right underneath the VTEC solenoid. Is your water outlet angled or straight? from the sound of it yours is angled which is why your looking for a hose similar to the shorter samco one. Am I understanding that correctly?

yes you are right. it is the hose connected to the water outlet under vtec solenoid and it is angled to clear the distributor. the hose from samco is the exact shape hose that i need.
