Bought blown shocks off Honda-Tech... Seller will not answer phone calls. What should I do?
I bought some stock shocks and springs off of a user on Honda-Tech.com (I will keep them annonymous for now), and they were blown! Now the user will not answer the phone when I try to call them. I got a hold of them once and they said to call them a little later. What should I do? I'm considering taking legal action. BTW I drive a 93 Civic Hatch (EG). Help!

Post in this thread that you are giving him a week to take action, send him the link, if he doesnt reply in a week do whatever is necessary to get your money back.

Thats absolutely correct. It is illegal in the state of california to sell defected product. This does not fall under the category of "Used Product". To be listed "As Is" it must be in working condition. According to my mechanic in town blown shocks are defective. also the guy told me they were in "good working condition" quoted! bump!
