I've heard good things about ERL, several of the guys around here have gotten built engines from them and had no complaints. I talked to them about building an engine a few months ago and they seemed to know what they are talking about. Their turnaround time is also very good.

RLZ does a very good job, but their turnaround time varies, depending on how busy they are, and they are usually pretty busy (but that's a good sign). I'd highly recommend RLZ for a built bottom end, they have built two of mine and I've been extremely satisfied with the workmanship, just be prepared to wait for it if they have a lot of work backed up, although the last one they did for me got done very quickly.

If you're in the market for a fully built, gently used boosted daily driver bottom end, then drop me an e-mail because I have a RLZ-built short block in excellent condition with about 2000 miles on it that I'll be selling in a few weeks when my new Dart block motor arrives.

Probably, there's no shortage of B-series blocks and cranks. I've got a couple of each sitting in my shop, I'm sure RLZ and ERL have more.
