it might've been a type r motor? k20a? with the type s motor, one guy is pushing out 204 whp with cai/rh/exhaust.
Toda cams with injen cai/toda rh/toda exhaust have seen gains up to 57.7 whp. from the site: http://www.todaracing.com.

I have heard around 215-220whp, mine laid down 180whp with intake and exhaust added dc race header picked up a bit but havent made it back to the dyno bought my kpro and going ot tune it in the next couple weeks ill let you know what i make!!!
It depends from the Header too ! I say 215-220 with a handmade or a dc-sports Header ! We havent try yet a top performance Header like DTR or R-CREW !

we have seen 199-200 average with a simple header install on 2005 Rsx-S they need to flow the air. The HR reading is on a DynoJet 248 inground - the dyno paks are about 10% higher then what we see on ours.
For a 02-04 k20a2 with those mods you are looking more at 195-205 on a dynojet. Add cams and some good tuning, you can get from 210-225 dynojet SAE corrected.
Edit - Numbers given are for DC5 chasis.
