OP, don't edit out your original post. You are not the first, nor will you be the last, that has to post something like this to get Steve's attention. Why it takes a post like this in front of potential customers before he finally keeps his promises (albeit many, many months late) is beyond me. I would never do business with him based solely on how long people have had to wait for stuff.
I don't care if he is busy, gone, etc. Thats not the customers problem. He shouldn't make promises he can't keep. He shouldn't take money for services he is too busy to provide. And he should return peoples phone calls and emails. Do not make them to restore to posting on HT to finally get what they paid thousands of hard earned cash for.
