Default no power at fuel pump question

92 accord, in my wireing diagram which i downloaded from alldata it shows a yellow power and black ground for the fuel pump. I have no power at the yellow when cranking, but the connector (for the pump) also has a green wire with a red tracer which has a very low voltage with the ignition on. My diagram does not have the green/red wire. Any ideas? Security system maybe? I just bought this car so i am not familiar with it. Another question. Where is the main relay? I found a relay on the relay block up in the left side of the dash that clicks when you crank it. But it's a small relay, similar to most of the others in the box. My main relay in my integra is a larger box so i'm not sure if i had the right one.

Sometimes the wiring diagrams aren't all together in one section. Look in the instrument cluster section. Maybe that green/red wire is for the fuel gauge sender or something like that?

that would make sense, the light was dim because it's going through a variable resistor, thanks.
