Default Problem with comptech swaybar

I installed a comptech tie/swaybar combo in feb. for my integra and since then, the bar is slowly moving more and more to the left, so now it is atleast 2 inches off center. Those collars they use to keep it centered are now loose, which is why it keeps moving . Is there anyone else out there with the same problem and if so, what was your fix? Thanks for any tips.

I've had mine on for about a year. This weekend I was pullling it apart to lube the bushings, and my collets had broken loose as well; although mine stays pretty much centered. I'm guessing the only 'fix' would be to get some sort of collar from the hardware store that you can fix with a set screw or something, but I'm not sure how much better that would be.
