Koni Yellows...They have a much better range of adjustability, baetter shock dyno, adjustable perch height, can handle higher spring rates and ground control makes a koni specific coilover

Never used the Illuminas, but I put the Koni Yellows on all of my cars, great shock.

I actually have the tokico illumina's with ground controls on my DC2. Personal opinion...not a bad set up. I've tried these illuminas with weapon r dual coil/coilovers, skunk2 coilovers, and now GC's. My car rides the best, but on the softer side with the GC's. I havent heard any complaints about the koni yellows and GC's. I just like the fact that the yellows have an adjustable perch so you can buy sport springs, and if you want, you can drop the perch down and go even lower than the "sport" ride height. Cant do that with the tokicos

Well, after having both back to back, I'm favoring the Koni's. Of course I went from the Eibach pro kit and illumina's to 430/500 GC's and Koni's. Springs probably play a factor here too. Either are way better than stock. Now to get the pictures taken of the illumina's and put them up forsale with the spring kit.
