Default ef sedan won't start, CEL no code good ecu b16a swap

okay so I was driving along after installing a fuel pressure regulator, and hard wired my radiator fan to a black/yellow wire that was a smaller one than the 8 guage or whatever the big ones are. I had been able to drive it around the block, but when I took it out over 5k rpms it just shut off... I tried the ecu in my crx and it works fine, the crx one does not work in this car either. I also tried a different main relay and that made no difference. I unsoldered the fan wire to be safe. I am quite sure that the problem lies in wiring or maybe another relay that I should check... not sure. I also checked all the fuses and they look fine.

Have you checked for spark and/or fuel? What condition are your plugs, wires, cap and rotor? All your grounds nice and secure?

okay the car has been running perfectly up til this point. grounds and stuff are definately good. no fuel pressure, according to my guage, which showed pressure before. basically something is not turning on to prime the fuel rail. I highly doubt the pump would go out, and even if it did would the check engine light come on? what other circuits would make it do that witthought leaving a code?

Does the car have power? 12v+ at battery? tell us something man.
Check the manual and go through all the troubleshooting steps
http://www.norcalcrx.org/library/
Manual is there.

Check to see if all the injectors are plugged in. Check all fuel return lines.

factory one. no difference in fuel useage, as regulator is set at 38 psi. the positive 12v that is switched on by something is not coming on when it should. that is why the fuel is not priming. I have no idea what the problem is.

It couldn't hurt to pick up a new fuel pump, the Walbro 190s (there in that area) aren't that expensive.

ok like I said its not the fuel pump. if the pump recieved a signal it would turn on.

Have you traced the wiring from the pump to the main relay?
