Anyone road racing their CB7's (suspension set-ups)
I have been really getting into the road racing thing lately and its time to upgrade the suspension. I am running sleeve over cheap-o coilovers and they aren't cutting it. I have a little money and I would like to get a good suspension with adjustable dampening. The teins look really good but does anyone have any feed back on them or on any other set-up. Thanks
U can contact my friend AIM screen name: xzapata02 who has a CB7 w/ Tein Coilovers, C2s, Bridgstone Potenza RE750 17" 215/45. He goes mountain running once in a while and takes his car to the limit especially on turns. Went against MR2 Turbos, Prelude Turbos, Prelude SH, Celicas, and I was quite impress on the handling and set-up of his suspension. Did very well just for a 91-93 Accord. I saw a huge difference after he got the Teins over the Tokico Aluminas. I feel much safer after he got the Teins. Yeah, just ask my friend Omar. He'll tell u what's good and what not. He's currently waiting to get his JDM H22 Turbo swap.
i have tein super street damper kit and its the best setup i have ever had never had problems with it. i have had over 4 setups so i thik their great. and i have the edfc controls too to control the height of the ride. the kit is about 700 and the control should be around 300 i think now
