*edit* i drive a 2000 Acura 1.6 EL and it has ABS, i'm unsure if the USDM ITR came with ABS or not, is your caliper ABS compatible?

All calipers are technically ABS compatible....
It's the timing wheel on the axles that gives the ABS its signal.
Unlike the 99/00 Civic Si, all CDM ITRs and Civic SiRs were ABS equipped.
