Hey i have a 95 accord v6 4 dr. I have noticed that even wehn i have filled the tank the gas gage never goes to full. It stops right above 3/4 of a tank. I seem to remeber a TSB on the subject but cant locate it. Has anyone had this problem and is it fixable?

My buddy had that problem on a 94 ex and was not able to fix it......

 

ya my gf has the same problem except the gauge is totally dead. Im not totally sure what i have to do.

 

I sometimes have this problem. Some say replacing the fuel sending unit will fix the problem. I'm a skeptic though since I had this problem with my civic and replacing the sending unit did nothing.

 

i hate that, i have the same problem. everytime i fill up it takes a long time for the needle to go up and it never goes all the way. some people fixed it by replacing the gas gauge and that worked. and i heard for other people that they just replaced the unit and it worked fine.
