Default Intake mounting

Ok, here's the full story in a short verision, I installed an H22 in my 2000 Accord with a golden eagle intake manifold, we modified my old cold air intake to fit on the throttlebody but there's no place to properly mount it anymore since it sits about 2-3 inches closer to the front of the engine bay, we even had to remove my air bypass valve in order to make it work. I was wondering if anyone has any experience with golden eagle intake manifolds on H22s in a 2000 Accord and what kind of intake I should get untill I finaly boost it.

I would normaly just rig the cold air intake somewhere but without that bypass valve it makes me really nervous especially with the rainy season coming soon. I was thinking a short ram AEM intake but I wanted some opinions before I proceed.

I appreciate any realistic responses I'll get.

Sorry, I just realized this is the "all-motor" section, I missinterpreted it as in all motors, reposted in the hybrid section.
