NR auto Guage faces: Do you remove the stock black one and install the white ones?

NR auto Guage faces: Do you remove the stock black one and install the white ones?
I was wondering this because I plan on getting the 99-00 si ones for my EX cluster. I am only going to order them if I can replace the whole thing, because the stock ones won't line up with the new SI ones. Any input helpful. Thanks
