Default D16Z6 in '90 LX, clutch won't disengage

To start, this isn't a clutch cable issue. Moving the bar on the tranny by hand results in it moving 1.5" or so, but clutch stays engaged. Pedal feels like it did with the working LX motor in it - weak like nothings attatched. The swap info - '93 d16z6 motor, clutch, flywheel and '90 LX tranny/throwout bearing.

Anyone have any ideas? I just finished it, all I want to do is drive it - not tear the tranny off again.

if you can move it with your hand then you need to adjust the nut on the cable till its tight. then go try the pedal.
