Default o ringed ls vtec leakin oil from the headgasket

I have a golden eagle sleeved b18b block with ther o ring option and when i change the headgasket i also changed the copper wire that is used as the o ring. it is know leaking oil from the headgasket above the oil filter. i used 18 gauge soft copper wire. i am wondering if the wire i used isnt soft enough. Any insight would be appreciated.

those little things wont make the outer gasket leak. what about where they plugged the vtec hole in the head, have you checked head torque. is it leaking steady or is it staining the edge of the gasket.

The copper o ring shouldn't have nothing to do with oil leaking out side of the head/block. O ring is for a good Cylinder/Head Seal.. i like it..
