CRX Not Starting!!

CRX Not Starting!!
O.k i was driving one night and my car started bogging and than it died, so i was like WTF. It died 8 times till i got home. I changed my spark plugs and when i pulled them out they were COVERED in oil. Now my car won't start, please help.
