I'm new here and I am starting a integra project that I have always wanted to do and my first step is building the engine up and I have some questions about obtainable goals etc. The plan is a B16 block and head, possibly a b18c5 head.
Here is was I want to do, this is going to be a street car. I want to make a good soild 200whp and here is what i will be doing, and just want to know if this will allow me to reach 200whp. stock crank(knife edged), eagle rods, ctr pistons, all cyro treated, and king bearings.
For the top end. skunk 2 valve springs retainers and stage 3 cams, portflow work done to the head(multi angle valve job). I want to run a hondata ecu not sure what options yet.
If this is a viable setup to reach 200whp I would like to know if you have better ideas please let me know. I am wanting to have the engine tuned to make peak hp around 9k rpm and be able to safely go to 10k if need be, will be running the car at a local road track on the weekends.

I know I could go buy a b18c5 and almost have my hp goals but I just want to build my own engine plus I am hoping later on i run a full-race turbo system runing at about 7 psi. to hopefully hit 300 later on.
