You should do a search before posting. We were just discussing EXACTLY this question in another topic, a few hours before you needlessly created a new one.
Here is what a search would have found for you:

Sure thing... first find the other half of the sticker with the template marks for the drivers side on it.

That's because it's not for the Integra Type R. It's for another Integra model, the Integra Type.

I do not know what type of Integra sticker that is above but def not a OEM. I just had to purchase a Integra Type R Sticker for the quater panel. There is a template which goes along the wheel well. I just measured how far below the other side was from the body line and placed it accordingly on the other side. Very easy, just make sure it is straight. The larger "R" makes it hard to align, it may look straight but then is not. You want to get it right the 1st time b/c these "stickers" are 25 dollars with a discount!

I'm pretty sure its an OEM sticker, but it was cut by some ricer who wanted the "R." This is why he is missing the template for the drivers side wheel well. The sticker in your pic has the template for the passenger side wheel well.

Well it's good to see that the template sticker exists. The picture I posted is OEM, I only need the "R" because the rest of the decal was fine, and I assure you, there was no fender wheel well alignment cut on mine, it was a perfect rectangle.

Translation: You need a new sticker (the whole thing) because the one you have is incomplete and isn't worth jack ****. (The "R" does not come as a separate piece.)

Based on the positioning diagram in the service manual, there should be a fender wheel well alignment cut on the sticker. It's shown in the service manual as the same shape as in the photographs above, which (obviously) show how they look when you buy them new from the parts department in the still-sealed package. The diagram tells how to use that edge to align with the wheel well, and the top and bottom edges to align with lines on the body panel.
Sounds like you got yours used and someone decided to cut the end off of it (with the "R") before they sold you an incomplete sticker. (eBay, perhaps?) Tell me you didn't get that from your dealer's parts department.

As Smitdog posted a pic of the sticker from the pasengers side. Now mind you, when he cut off the "R" he cut off the fender alignment part. </TD></TR></TABLE>
Smitdog posted a pic of the sticker from the passenger side, which has the curved wheel well alignment part on the left edge of the sticker. A driver's side sticker (like when you get it from the dealer, before anyone ruins it by cutting it down) has the curved wheel well alignment part on the right edge of the sticker.
