This has always bugged me...
Are EF hatch and CRX tail lights interchangeable? Not the middle garnish, because I'm sure that wouldn't fit, but the actual tail lights?
It's been bugging me for a while now...

 

i imagine the middle probably would have to atleast be the same length if the tails could fit so with easy modification i bet you could throw even the center piece on if its not a direct fit

No the tailights are not interchangable. I made the mistake of buying hatch tails for my crx.

i hate to bump this, but it might turn up in search, so i might as well put some info in here.

crx's have the reverse lights in the center garnish, and hatches do not, because the garnish goes up with the decklid.
