Default Spark plug
I am thinking of changing the stock spark plug to the Denso Iridium IK20 for Integra GSR/Type R one. The question is do I need to change other parts for those spark plug? Like spark plug wires? Or is it just fine to take out the stock one and replace it with the Iridium one. The car is complete stock till now. Thanks.

The mileage is around 48k...

And how come don't waste $$ on the Iridium one??
